What kind of car dealership has no jack or wrench to fix a flat tire? I happened to get a flat tire near this place and stopped by to borrow the tools (not for free, of course), but the gentlemen inside the building seemed to not care and told me that they didn't have one. Bought a Subaru in December and shortly after I purchased the car I went back to ask to check out a noise in the car. Every time I go into the shop Joe says the mechanics busy and now several months later they FINALLY give me appointment and now find out it's the transmission and they can't help me. Ok.
