I called to get my house releveled & while they technically did the job the person (only one person was sent out) failed to notify me that my footings were very rotted to the point where you could touch them & the area you touched would crumble like if it was sand. Took the case to license board & was notified that the contract was solid. Waste of money & time as the other task I asked them to take care of they weren't interested in doing. They don't want to do work.
There's a reason everyone with a mobile home calls on Capital West for re-leveling and structural support, they are pros with 40 years in the business. Ellen, who handles the scheduling, pricing and dozens of other details related to running a business is knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Brian who handled our project on the day was thorough, informative and experienced. Highly recommend.
2-1/2 years ago I asked the owner Dan to repair anything on the siding of my mobile home and paint. I thought that all repairs were done correctly. Now the back of my garage shows lots of long term dry rot ( more than 5 years)and the paint is cracking between siding sheets. He will not take responsibility. He blames it on prior work and never told me prior work might be a problem. Even his employee told me the work was not to their standards. Be careful before using this company.
