This review is long overdue! I have been going to Capital Wellness since November 2017, and it has truly changed my life. I have worked with Physical Therapists throughout my life, and in my humble opinion, Vanessa is the best Physical Therapist in Maryland. I have worked with Vanessa for 7 years for Pilates and physical therapy. She is highly skilled at both. She is also very positive and encouraging. She always finds a way to keep you going. I recommend her without reservation for both Pilates and physical therapy.
