Our church suffered extensive damage to the basement after a heavy rainstorm. (This was discovered at 10:15 at night.) We made numerous phone calls to every after-hours service I could find that advertised emergency water removal. In the meantime, the local fire department came for 3 to 4 hours to pump out water. I called late in the day on a Friday afternoon, near closing time, after having a pipe break spewing water and other things across the basement floor. The owner answered my call, asked me some questions, and said they could be at my house first thing Saturday morning. They arrived when he said they would, looked at the mess and damage, gave me a very reasonable quote and were done faster than initially estimated. Called Vincent on a Sunday afternoon and he picked up immediately. I had water damage in the basement from heavy rain and melting snow. He was on site first thing in the morning and set up a drying system that worked beautifully. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him. He also offers a variety of other services.
