I set up a tour to see 1 bedrooms and enjoyed it. The building was very clean and well maintained, and it was clear that upkeep is taken seriously which i appreciate. The units themselves were also clean and in good condition. The person showing the property was patient, answered my questions clearly, and didn’t make the experience feel rushed or pressured. It felt straightforward and comfortable. FYI, they have some units that come fully furnished which is helpful depending on your needs and timeline!!
I toured this apartment on January 16. When I arrived, I tried using the intercom to reach the office, but it went straight to voicemail after several attempts. A tenant ended up letting me in and pointed me toward the office. I don’t recall the name of the person who showed me the building, but he seemed a bit distracted with his earbuds in and his phone and tablet out when i walked in the office. In love with our new apartment ! Love that it comes with a dish washer & a washer / dryer !
Overall great place, rent is affordable and location is convenient. Neighborhood itself isnt too bad though it can get sketchy at night. The management does what is needed and theyre pretty responsive (1-3 business days) in terms of communication. I appreciate how they always have someone on staff from M-F during business hours and sometimes they stay a bit later. All utilities are included in rent besides electricity.
