Been here 3 days and this is the second time the hot water has gone out in the building. No warning. Just stops working.
I feel like I experienced a bait and switch. Earlier this year, I applied for a short-term (3-month) lease for my summer intern and was initially offered a one-bedroom unit at $1,350/month. I submitted the online application, paid the application fee and it was approved. Looks like a lovely apartment complex, I have tried calling a plethora of times today to inquire for more information but unfortunately I am not able to reach somebody. Hoping someone will be able to answer my call. UPDATE: Property said they would reach out and they never did.
My forever home
My husband and I love our apartment and how the apartments are clean, quiet and very peaceful and we also love the extra parking lots for family visits. The apartments are conveniently located near the highway and shopping centers, has great amenities and very professionally run. Management responds to requests really fast and they have carts for tenant use which is very convenient for moving in and their set up for packages is amazing. Overall, great place to call home!
