The products are fine, but you're screwed if you have a problem. No tech support over the phone, only email, but they never answer their emails, you have to harass them over and over to get a response, and then when they do, they try to make it sound like you don't know what you're doing. Was planning on spending a lot of money with them but I'll never deal with them again.

This company has absolutely dismal and I believe unethical business practices. They feel no shame or accountability in treating a customer in any way that will reduce their workload. Order from their website or you’re SOL. Almost 2 months after inquiring about multiple kits and a bulk order, being left hanging for weeks at a time, I gave up on most of my inquiry. Customer support is just horrible. I purchased a conversion kit for my Row changer and had some issues programming the board. I called a few time and the gentleman that answered the phone seemed anoyed that I was calling and was not willing to help me. Rushed me off the phone to answer calls from other customers. He told me to EMAIL support. Well that is just an S—- show. Back and forth with emails for a week 2 day laps in response and my issue is still not resolved. Long story short, I wanted to make machines accept different currency. I got in contact with Capital and they asked me to send them samples of the currency. I did as told and they informed me they received it. Everything was looking good but then they didn’t get back to me. Capital Vending has been my goto vending company for repairs and parts for decades. They go out of their way to get it right the first time. Sometimes things go go perfectly as parts can be damaged in shipping, but they ALWAYS make it right. CJ is always a big help and they will be my service company and parts supplier for as long as I'm in business.
