I may have purchased from this company, maybe more than eight times but every time I purchased an item It was either faulty and didn't work or would take almost 2 months for a replacement part this may be the worst company I ever worked with when it comes to Vending Machine parts or repairs they're super unprofessional. It's only one person in the whole company that fixes the parts and he responds once a week through email.
