The products are fine, but you're screwed if you have a problem. No tech support over the phone, only email, but they never answer their emails, you have to harass them over and over to get a response, and then when they do, they try to make it sound like you don't know what you're doing. Was planning on spending a lot of money with them but I'll never deal with them again.
This company has absolutely dismal and I believe unethical business practices. They feel no shame or accountability in treating a customer in any way that will reduce their workload. Order from their website or you’re SOL. Almost 2 months after inquiring about multiple kits and a bulk order, being left hanging for weeks at a time, I gave up on most of my inquiry.
