Bought a time share thought id be able to use it but work to much to pay on it cant get time off. Then they tried to upgrade me into a new time share where it costs way more. Then I tried canceling the time share and cant cancel must sell but only for pennies and no one buys them. So stop paying on it never took my vacations and just said forget the time share and they were supposed to foreclose on it I hope they did. I dont want it

Our experience with Capital Vacations has been nothing short of a nightmare. They have persistently hit our credit and refuse to provide us with any reasonable cancellation options unless we pay them tens of thousands of dollars—money we simply don't have. The promises they made during the sales pitch, about how we'd have plenty of points and how easy it would be to use the program, were completely untrue. I must express my severe disappointment and dissatisfaction with Capital Vacations. We purchased a timeshare which left us in financial distress, the burden of which we are still struggling with. The locations available were extremely restrictive, none of which catered to our vacation preferences. The increasing maintenance fees were a surprise, contrary to what we were initially told, making it virtually impossible for us to afford a vacation.
