I am satisfied with the workmanship and prices quoted (which were not honored). It was 15 months of excuses, broken promises, fabric paid for but not ordered, multiple requests for extra funds, and last-minute price changes.
Joe is an outstanding upholstery repairer and is very professional. He quickly understood what my 6 chairs needed to be repaired and provided an honest price quote for the work. I am extremely happy with how all 6 of them came out. I would without a doubt use his services again and recommend Capital Upholstery to others. Pictures before are one chair before and after repair.
Joe did a great job on my victorian set.
