Mike was awesome. He runs a well run shop and didn't run the price up on us. Everyone was over 5k for the same job he did for 4500.
I did not have a good experience, at all. I was talked over, a lot, and when asking questions for clarity, I was given convoluted answers which were extremely in-depth unwanted explanations, leaving me with further confusion about the state of my car. Furthermore, it's been found now that my car works perfectly fine and that the $500+ quote I was given at this location is not a service that my vehicle is in need of, in fact.
