Ken did a great job finding the charger I needed and getting it drop shipped to me. I was only out of business for two days. Sort of a miracle.
Regardless of a problem, big or small, their service department is top-notch professional and always friendly. Brian especially always give me time to either troubleshoot over the phone or by setting up an appointment for us. Mechanic Caleb is incredibly knowledgeable with both on-site repair or a regular service call. A+
The mechanic who serviced my tractor was thorough, professional, courteous and very skilled! He took the time needed to assist me with a backhoe connection and also showed me how to adjust the seat. I would highly recommend Capital Tractor and Chris in particular!
I bought a new bale wrapper from them in the fall of 2024, got dropped off, no set up or anything. Nothing worked right on it, they refused to come adjust anything just told me to look online. The sorting of 2025 the part of the frame that stands the bales up broke off and bent, had bad welds. They told me the mfg would have to warranty it and it took me calling and emailing them for months to get an answer.
