Living here has been a terrible experience. The building is filthy, constantly smells, and it’s obvious that basic maintenance and cleanliness are being completely neglected. It’s unacceptable for any place to be in this condition, let alone somewhere people are supposed to live. The management situation makes things even worse. As my wife stated in her review prior most disrespectful and residents ever. The staff and management can't even manage and maintain property. Carpets are so disgusting, the building smells rotten on every single floor, the building has we noticed has lots of cockroaches. I complained to management a few times in the last 3 years I was there about many things but nothing was resolved. My advice to people is stay away from capital towers. They charge way too much and residents are very disrespectful. I cannot blame everything... read more
