I enquired about an issue I was having with a specific tool, capital tools were fast to respond and informed me they didn’t provide the service I was after, but kindly directed me to another business specialising in the fix I needed. They didn’t have to do this, and their recommendation saved me a lot of pain. Thank you guys!

Lovely and professional service
I was initially impressed by their fast turnaround—they had my work mower back to me within 24 hours. But that excitement quickly faded. The mower barely worked, and they’d replaced my original choke and put a cheap one on backward—basically just a cover-up instead of a real repair. To make things worse, I had to go back a second time because the choke came loose again (still not sure if that was on me or them). They "fixed" it for free, but then added a ridiculous "on/off" label on a mower that doesn’t even need one, which ... read more
