I recently had the misfortune of closing on a home with Angie Grimes (escrow assistant) at Capital Title and it was an extremely unprofessional experience. From the beginning, she greeted us with a very bizarre and distasteful comment. I brushed it off giving her the benefit of the doubt. However, the behavior got worse during the closing itself.
