Capital Title in the Woodlands is a great title to handle your closings. Ann Newton and her team are knowledgeable, accommodating and so easy to work with. Fabulous customer service!
We love Ann Newton and Capital Title. We have been closing with Ann for over 35 years. She is absolutely the very best closer!!! The location and office are top of the line.
Unfortunately the service provided did not live up to what the expectations of a title company should be. Waiting until the last minute to call someone the day before a holiday and 48 hours before closing to say that they do not have the pay off value of the property is inexcusable. We then have to spend 6.5 hours getting the information along with the mental stress to get this information is not what a reputable title company is. I will never use this company again going forward in my real estate dealings.
Great experience for us
Closed at 9:30 after the seller. I have been waiting outside my new purchased home since because the new system will not allow my bank to fund the transaction. Will not vouch to the brokerage to let us in after an 11 hour move. Would not use this title company when they are the reason our funding will not process. Crazy how the customer is penalized for their mistakes.
