People did not confirm closing appointment. The appointment was supposed to be scheduled for 10am and they moved it to 11:30am at 10:15am once we were already there waiting at the office. They did not have our closing package ready and said that they tried to print it 6 times and it was not working. Very unprofessional. Then closing papers were signed and we were pending to complete the wire transfer Jennifer steps out and says she’s going to verify that the sellers info to see if they were completing .
