This team is one of the best teams to work with for any real estate transaction by far.
I want to give a special recognition to Alyssa and the entire Team Kelly. I came to her with a problem closing a deal and they were able to solve it quickly and efficiently and get it to the closing table. Communication is everything and this company actually will text you and call you like a normal person instead of getting lost in email threads and creating a headache. I highly recommend.

Ashley called me finally after months of hearing nothing to apologize for what happened and to let me know the employee is no longer there which is great for other new customers but not me. Completely unpleasant and unprofessional. I hope I never cross paths with this company again. I've never left a closing feeling this disrespected just for asking for clarification and and for documentation to be sent to my wife via email. How hard is it to be nice, accommodating and respectful?
