People there are friendly. However, there were two mistakes in our purchasing process. Bad experience.
We have called and asked for Chad Kolbe manager to call back today, nothing yet. Erin and Lucy played games last week with providing knowledge and no returned call from Erin, after leaving a message. Poor communication- we used you 3 times in the last 17 months. No way to treat a consumer. Won’t be back- retired MN real estate broker of 30 year’s. No excuses
