Turned around in parking lot
Brenda Loftus and her team are absolutely amazing!! We have been trying to get a house closed, with several parties out of state. They have gone above and beyond, often responding after hours due to time differences, to make sure we get this one closed. It has taken them moving mountains to get notaries located, and all the documents back. I can't recommend them enough!
I will like to give a special thanks to Ms. Katie Stephenson for doing an excellent job for taking the time out and explaining to me about a contract that I thought was a scam. She went beyond her duty to make sure everything were legit so thanks for your professionalism
