As a top-producing Realtor in DFW, I am extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism I experienced. If I could give zero stars, I would. They let my new house go without insurance for a month without insurance. They were supposed to pay the home insurance company but ended up sending to the wrong one. I didn’t realize until after I got a refund cheque. Now I have to start shipping for insurance. I live in Texas so weather damage is anytime. I can only imagine if something would have happen. I wouldn’t recommend them.
