not give any star because they know their customer not happy to sign the closing document but they still go over the process, they should let both people happy to sign, solve the not willing to sign problem, but they want to get deal and leave problems to their customer. I did not select this title company it is real state agent selected, I do not know this company before. they said they will send document to me by email, 2 weeks past, still not see the document
