The close went through as expected. But they made sure the warranty deed legal description was correct, but didn’t double check the mailing address on the deed. I haven’t been able to connect with ANYONE about this. They couldn’t care less about my concerns. Now I’ve had troubles with the City and my neighbors are getting mail with my name but their address. Of course they were concerned about this and I had to tell them that Capital Title won’t do anything about it.
Tiffany and Mari were incredibly helpful throughout the entire transaction. Their communication was excellent; they were responsive at every step, and they made the closing process smooth and efficient. I appreciate their professionalism and look forward to working with them again.
I would encourage members of the Latino community to carefully consider whether they want to do business with this company. I observed behavior and comments from an employee, Isidro Quintero, who I understand works as an escrow assistant, that I perceived as disrespectful and negative toward Latino people. Clearly there are some serious concerns about the company's culture and you should chose not to continue doing business with them.
Our recent transaction with Carri Holt and her assistant, Christina Murry, was extremely challenging. Throughout the process, communication felt unprofessional and at times unnecessarily harsh. Instead of a collaborative, team-oriented approach, interactions were often tense and difficult, which ultimately impacted the overall experience for everyone involved.
