Do not use this title company! My first issue is that they did the calculations early which cost me money on my WM bill. (I was the Seller and the Buyers had some snag with financing so the closing was delayed.) When I tried to get this remedied, I was told multiple times that she would look into it, but I received zero return calls/follow-up. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TITLE COMPANY!!! They will have you sign a document releasing them of any responsibility for any mistakes they may make in your real estate transaction (that you're paying them to do,) then they will breach their fiduciary duties and bring a lawsuit against you for their negligent miscalculations!! They miscalculated my loan payoff by $18,000 because they did not READ the payoff demand statement they only assumed (their words) and they did not follow the mortgage Companys instructions for ... read more
