The worst title company. They dont check items on the house than later on when you own the house issues arise. When fighting with them they say not our issue you signed the paper agreeing to what we gave you. Be careful they are scamming one day at a time.
This title company works on my listing files before I get an offer accepted, which puts me and my sellers in the right position to make sure we will be ready to close when we get a buyer in place, which is very helpful and not many title companies do this without charging an additional fee upfront!
I contacted this company for advice. I was advised to contact a lawyer instead. Susan Powers listened to my concerns and gave me the best advice along with recommendations. I highly recommend this business.
