Bought a set of tires from this place, front tire needed to be rebalanced, told it would be a 2-3 hour wait, been back 4 times to try and get it rebalanced, always a 2-3 hour wait, this business sucks big time, and the woman at the front counter is nasty to you, will NEVER BUY TIRES OR USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN, THEY CAN GO TO HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought 4 new tires on 2/15/13 of over \$300.00. I lost a valve cap and they was nice to replace it for me, but here is the kicker. I stopped on 8/1/14 to ask about taking my front tires and moving them to the back and the back to the front. I had a broken sway bar link and never knew it, even though I had it lined up and worked on many times and no one notice it to tell me till a garage that worked on my brakes told me and replaced it for me. Capital Tire doesnt stand behind their work. I called to tell them my recently bought tire had dropped a weight and was out of balance, and he didnt believe me. I live an hour away and he basically said its my problem. The person was rude and basically called me a liar. So I guess if youre in dover theyre ok - but once youre out of range your on your own. I wouldnt do business with them again. Buyer beware.
I have dealt with this shop for over thirty plus years along with many area friends and co-workers. The service has always been more than pleasant along with the friendships made with the employees that have been there just as long as Ive been going here. Prices are always super competitive with the area and the choices from the cheapest to the best have always helped in my decision making.Overall its the only place for me and my family.I definetley recommend.
I have purchased atleast 4 sets of tires from this shop. The salesmen are knowledgeable and dont just try to sell you the most expensive tires for your vehicle. The service time to mount and balance the tires is average. Overall, I would highly recommend this shop.
