Would never use them again. Lied and told me they were Jeep certified then said my vehicle was fixed. Picked Vehicle up and check engine light was still on then Tina the owner’s wife told me she was sorry for telling me the the check engine light was off but didn’t do anything about it fixing the issues Mike the owner’s told me Jeep certified means nothing and it didn’t matter if he was Jeep Certified or not when 23 jeeps and up need a certificate to fix due to system upgrades. It is always an excellent experience there. They always do right by the customer.
Derek and his team are communicative and efficient! My lack of car knowledge is not taken advantage of, which is an experience I’ve had with other mechanics. And I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than a few hours to get my car back, even when they’re having really busy days!
I tried calling them 3 days straight but no one answered the call.
Very trustworthy. Excellent work.
