May 2022- Signed the contract and paid the first payment 30K Feb 2023- I am not happy with the service . It will be one year from the first payment plus a deposit on June. No sunroom was build before December 2022. We experienced many problems. We had to build a base to install the Spa on December. It was done at our own cost and efforts. Capital Sunrooms did not finished the deck on time and did not help us to solve this issue. I was told that they never promise the work was going to be finished before year end.
