This place has really gone downhill in the last 10 years. The sales department has always been sleezy, but no more so than any other car dealership. When I first bought my Legacy, 13 years ago, the service department was the best I’d ever encountered. It was run by a guy named Chris and he was personal, he really understood the innerworkings of the vehicles, himself, and his technicians would actually speak to you.
