Just bought a used 2020 Crosstrek here. Overall the experience was generally positive but there were some glaring highlights and lowlights. The lowlights seemed to be personell-specific, not the dealership. Shout out to Shon Nance. I would have ended up with a different car from elsewhere if it wasn't for him. If you're looking to purchase a Subaru my recommendation would be to walk in the door and ask for him. Haven't used the service department there yet so cannot comment.
I sold an Outback to Capital for a price we agreed on. After a week they called and said they forgot to give me a paper to sign. I went back and signed the paper. Now they are saying I owe them $117 because they couldn’t get the paperwork in on time and my payoff has went up I don’t see how it’s my fault that they didn’t give me a paper to sign and the payoff went up. I will never do business with them again because of this and I will let others know to stay away.
A couple of months ago I brought the car in and they found no problems. Now I'm out of town and my wife brings the car in for a recall and they find a couple thousand $$ of repairs needed immediately. Other service centers will send pictures of the problems when they find things wrong. Nothing at all from Capital Subaru. I just have to take their word for it.
Shout out to Mandy Maxwell and her incredible service! We got our deal closed smoothly within a couple of days. She is professional, thorough, and kind. Also, huge thanks to Brice for getting us wrapped up in record time ✨️
