I sold an Outback to Capital for a price we agreed on. After a week they called and said they forgot to give me a paper to sign. I went back and signed the paper. Now they are saying I owe them $117 because they couldn’t get the paperwork in on time and my payoff has went up I don’t see how it’s my fault that they didn’t give me a paper to sign and the payoff went up. I will never do business with them again because of this and I will let others know to stay away.
A couple of months ago I brought the car in and they found no problems. Now I'm out of town and my wife brings the car in for a recall and they find a couple thousand $$ of repairs needed immediately. Other service centers will send pictures of the problems when they find things wrong. Nothing at all from Capital Subaru. I just have to take their word for it.

Great experience. Thermo control valve went out in my 2020 Outback. Long story short, I had the car towed to their shop, and they quickly repaired the TCV under warranty (even though my car was well past it's warranty period), and pickup was super easy. Will definitely take my Subaru here for any future issues.
Our experience with capital Subaru was a very pleasant experience. Jessica and Shea were very honest with us about the condition of the vehicle as it was a used car, and they told us that it was in fantastic shape, and they did not exaggerate on the condition. We ended up purchasing the vehicle. The general manager was also very nice to us, and treated us with respect. We would absolutely buy from them again.
