Service was quick and friendly
Staff is always helpful! Clean organized service area as well dealership. Fresh coffee while you wait. Always bring my Subaru here for any service needed.
Just bought a used 2020 Crosstrek here. Overall the experience was generally positive but there were some glaring highlights and lowlights. The lowlights seemed to be personell-specific, not the dealership. Shout out to Shon Nance. I would have ended up with a different car from elsewhere if it wasn't for him. If you're looking to purchase a Subaru my recommendation would be to walk in the door and ask for him. Haven't used the service department there yet so cannot comment.
