I’ve been pretty loyal to getting my car repaired at the dealer, but after being quoted over $400 for a set of four spark plugs a while back (labour for change not included) I started to question whether I look like an dummy who would fall for this. I understand full well that things might cost a BIT more at a dealership but that is just robbery. EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP. TREATED ME WONDERFUL
What dealership sends the shuttle to your house at 3 PM, drives you around town to pick up 4 more customers for an hour and a half before bringing you to the dealership??? This is not any way to run the shuttle. I have now spent 90 mins listening to old fellas small talk. I want my Saturday afternoon back!! I would have called an Uber if I knew it would take me 90 minutes to get to the dealership that is 6 minutes from my house.
