Worst customer service I've ever seen – I called in advance to make sure they had the speakers I was looking for, so I wouldn't waste a trip. The guy who answered the phone told me they did. I get down there, and they don't have the speakers I was looking for, the man who answered the phone told me they didn't carry them this time. Irritated, I asked about some comparable models because I wasn't dead set on a specific set, and wouldn't mind compromising. highly recommended – Couldn't be happier with the product and service I received. I purchased a car stereo, but after I got home I realized it wasn't exactly what I wanted. I returned the next day and they upgraded my stereo immediately-no additional installation charge. Very professional and personable.
Wish I Never Heard of This Place – I don't want to give any details but just want to put the word out that this place really screwed me and I would not advise going to them for any kind of work on your vehicle.
