Two of my family members required braces to correct an issue with their teeth and the whole experience from when they got braces on to the check ups and then the removal of the braces was fantastic.
This is my personal experience with a Receptionist, and might not inflict other clients. I've made this review because I do not sugar-coat first time experiences with professional organisations. This was my first experience interacting with this clinic, and the customer service felt very poor. I called their clinic at approximately 3pm to enquire if an orthodontist was available, for an urgent matter relating to braces. Dr Jasprit Nirmal Singh, Jill and the rest of the team have been extremely helpful, accommodative throughout our child' treatment.
