EDIT 2: call received 2 weeks after collection of car, Capital SMART is posting globes out. Insurance company is arranging an auto electrician to fit them and reconnect electrical works to repair light issues correctly. EDIT as a response: Globes have never been supplied, paperwork states that R headlamp was replaced!! I have heard nothing further about globes. Battery earth WAS loose and now indicators dont work. I have been in touch with APIAMy car looks great, it was repaired quickly and right through the process the communication was excellent. I wasn't impressed at my headlight globes being unnecessarily changed and my LED globes 'disappearing' leaving me with all different globes, though 'nobody touched them', or the fact that the bat... read more
My car looks great, it was repaired quickly and right through the process the communication was excellent. I wasn't impressed at my headlight globes being unnecessarily changed and my LED globes 'disappearing' leaving me with all different globes, though 'nobody touched them', or the fact that the battery had clearly been disconnected and not reconnected properly. They told me that I would need a new battery however we tightened the earth strap and now it starts every time. Because of this they had been jump starting my car ... read more
