Capital Smart Tullamarine are very professional and easy to deal with. My car needed a front bumper replaced, bonnet repairs, a tyre replaced and a wheel alignment. Glen and Kelsie at reception answered all my queries in a friendly and informative manner. Their manager Vince was most helpful in assisting me with another minor repair which l greatly appreciate. Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs? More like Capital "Somebody Missed A Repair Task." The car spent months in their workshop, only to be returned with a rear dent still there and what looked like a cheap paint cover-up instead of a proper repair. Apparently, the "repair" part of the repair process was optional. It's genuinely impressive to keep a car for that long and still miss such an obvious issue. These guys are terrible at dent repair - they didnt bother paint matching it. It looks really bad doesnt even blend in with the paint plus they left all these paint chips as seen in the photo I attached We clearly asked them twice to fix this dent but seems like they couldnt be bothered and just painted over it quickly with some random white paint. Not even the right colour code, isnt paint matched.
