Kathy and the team took great care with our ASX. They made the experience stress free. The accessor took time looking over the damage and was very thorough and explained everything well. They were prompt with our repair, which took less than a week. They ordered an uber to and from their repair shop and offered me coffee. Very thankful for their work and help. Highly recommended. The office staff were very friendly and professional, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. Unfortunately, the repair quality was extremely disappointing. The colour match is noticeably inconsistent, especially between the front driver’s door and passenger door, where one side appears darker than the other. I was not given a choice by my insurance provider . The place was capital smart in Nth Sunshine where I had to take my car it was done in 3 days but the paint job was not matched correctly my bumper bar looked lite shade of red to the rest of the paint .. took it back to correct it and it now is a shade darker then the rest of the car. I can not be bothered with them anymore because I don’t have the time Kathy was great and I was treated well but…

I was really worried using an insurance choice provider. After looking at my options, notice the one closest to me had the best reviews. I took my car in and the customer service was amazing from the start. Reception was lovely and really informative, the gentleman who inspected my car to see what damage had been done was amazing and thorough and the repairs.. My car looks brand new! Highly recommend.
