Exceptional service from the whole team. The ladies at reception are just wonderful, letting me know I was infact entitled to a rental car which my insurance didn't inform me. They go above & beyond here, from start to finish a very pleasant experience

Not the best customer service... the reception team are not polite or joyful to speak with you almost feel as though you are an inconvenience to their day. Made the experience quite painful. Do not recommend.

Great experience and workmanship. Greeted on all occasions by two lovely ladies, Simone and Sharren. Made to feel as we had been friends forever. Super efficient, looked after me like royalty. Let's not forget Frank, enjoyed a good conversation while he assed the damage, went to town with his pink highlighter and told me he would do his best to get it done within a week. And he delivered! Champion guy. Highly recommended, thank you.
