Great lady behind the desk, forgot her name. She has 2 daughters in construction, she was awesome. Car looked liked a brand new one.
Good customer service and outcome with the repair. Took a little longer than expected but I rather the job is done right than rushed. Bit tricky to organise logistics out of town but staff were fairly accommodating and looked after us.
Friendly staff and a quick repair turnaround, but unfortunately the workmanship was disappointing. The repair quality was below average, and my rear interior door handle was broken while they were repairing the door. Now I have to find a replacement myself from a wrecking yard. Expected much better from an AAMI-approved repairer.
