I am honestly yet to have a good experience with this company when i complained about them using a part that already had age cracking the manager told me what did i expect for a 20 year old car then said they couldnt get the headlight new. When i advised him it was infact possible he then told me that the insurance company has a green policy hence why they went for a used headlight. I would reccomend if this shop fixes your car to take it to an independant afterwarda and have them check the repairs i know i will be
Extremely efficient and so friendly, my car was done and fixed in 2 days and I had uber cars take me to the rental car place and back, all organised. Very great experience
Totally amazing I could not ask for better service. Within a couple hours of leaving my car for repair. I received a text to say parts had been ordered. I was given an eta of 10 working days which I thought sure, more like 4 weeks. It was completed and ready for pick up in 3!! Working days. That is just unheard of. I highly recommend these guys, cannot speak highly enough of them. Great customer service, you don’t see that very often anymore 🏆
