Dropped car in Thursday morning, Picked up Monday afternoon. Amazingly quick repair. Car has also been washed and Vacuumed. Communication was excellent with various SMS's describing what what stage the repair was at. Plus Ubers to and from my work. Excellent outcome.
waited 3 months for parts (they said 5 weeks max) and got delayed a few more weeks for the actual repair horrendous

I am giving this a 5-star rating thanks to the excellent work completed on my car, as well as the wonderful service from Alisha at reception. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely set a great example of what customer service should be like. I would like to note, however, that the assessor came across as a bit rude in his interactions. The way questions were asked made my wife and me feel as though our claim was being treated with suspicion, which was disappointing, especially as this was my first claim in 10 years... read more
