Extremely Unprofessional – Wasted a Month of My Time I booked my company’s standard, medium-size Toyota HiAce van through my insurer with this repairer. It took them nearly a full month just to inspect the vehicle, only for them to refuse the job claiming the van was "too long." Giving a ridiculous excuse like that for a standard commercial vehicle after keeping me waiting for four weeks is completely unacceptable. Highly unprofessional service and a massive waste of time for any business relying on their vehicle.
Smart Capital Chatswood had done a great repair job on my car. ETA was for 1 week, surprisingly they've completed it in 2 days. Very efficient and Monique the receptionist was very friendly.
Racist and rude. Would give it negative stars if I could. Made an appointment for parents. They showed up on time but were told office could not find appointment. When I tried to describe the consultation request for parents who needed support in English, technician interrupt me repeatedly and told me not to tell him what he can or cannot do, which wasn’t the case, and blame parents for not speaking English. I told him that’s why am on the phone, and tried to get him to listen. He then hang up on me, a prospective customer.
The guy who meet me when I first got there (sorry don’t know he’s name ) was fantastic the best I have ever had and the lady at reception was also fantastic great work guys
Great team, everything was so organised.
