Outstanding service, communication and repair. Faultless
Went to pick up car after being notified repairs are complete. Checked over car before leaving and found some damaged parts have not been changed. After querying un repaired damage I was informed some parts are on back order. Waiting to hear when parts are in so I can return to have my repair completed.
Fast repair and exceptional service
I will give the good and the bad, to be fair. The good, actually the great, is Michael. This centre seems to have three Michaels: one at the assessment entrance, standing confidently and ready to answer every question that comes his way with a smile and patience; one at the reception desk, who has the car file in hand without delay; and one in the assessment bay, driving the car in for the next step.
