Best service from the whole team! Literally drop the car off on Thursday morning, and got confirmation that the car was ready by Monday morning. Brad was also really helpful including doing a walk through during inspection providing details on what the work involves. And then during pick up, gave me a breakdown list of what had been done, as well as inspection of the car after the fact. Appreciate the awesome work done on the car too! Thank you so much team!
Sought car repair on 4 June. Received car back on 25 June with car not repaired properly (including additional overspray to inside the door and inside the charger cap. Car bonnet wasn’t closed properly, so opened while I was driving and the door trim wasn’t attached/clipped properly. Door had additional damage where window trim had been forced off). Disappointing experience. Quoted a time frame of 10 working days. On day 10 I received a text to say it would take an extra week. On the next finish date I called early to check out when the car would be ready, I got told that it should be ready by end of the day. An hour later I receive another text to inform me it would take another week. After multiple phone calls, where the phone wasn't answered I finally spoke to a lady who told me the repairs people missed a certain piece and it had to be ordered a week after the rest ... read more
