HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Do NOT waste your money buying a warranty from this place! created a claim (oven broke), tech came out and determined issue (he got approval), he prepared to fix the issue (igniter) and told me I had to pay the deductible PLUS shipping fee. Called SHW and they said yes, that they did not authorize any shipping fee for the part and therefore I had to pay it and if I wanted to dispute the charge, they would not approve the rest of the claim either (blackmailing me). I am so happy my brother told me about this company. I am a new home owner and have had a few problems and they have been taken care of. I even got a brand new dishwasher.

I am so impressed. I was told home warranty are scams but I got this for free on the closing of my house and now I know why my pop's always said believe none of what you here and only 50% of what you see. I told my wife to call them to tell them cause she said it smelled like something was melting or maybe burning in the babies room. Fire department didn't find a fire but she was scared.
