If you want easy, professional and very personable, Paul and Han have captured the meaning of customer service. Easy booking, easy pick, up easy drop off… great experience guys, thank you!
Came here for a uhaul and it was a smooth enough process no customer service or anything just through the app so if you need a truck and don't wanna talk to anyone this is the place to go.
Can't comment on the storage service, but the U-Haul service was great. Really personable staff and quick and easy to get truck and return.
Please please please be aware of where you choose to get a service!!! Highly recommend staying away from this branch because the branch manager “Sarah Kaur” is a real troublemaker, unreliable and disrespectful!!! She started insulted, screaming and disrespecting me when she noticed that I had been reimbursed for what they charged me illegally and unfairly and thank god that I didn't let it go and pursued it through legal channels to get what I was entitled to!
