Came here for a uhaul and it was a smooth enough process no customer service or anything just through the app so if you need a truck and don't wanna talk to anyone this is the place to go.
Can't comment on the storage service, but the U-Haul service was great. Really personable staff and quick and easy to get truck and return.
Please please please be aware of where you choose to get a service!!! Highly recommend staying away from this branch because the branch manager “Sarah Kaur” is a real troublemaker, unreliable and disrespectful!!! She started insulted, screaming and disrespecting me when she noticed that I had been reimbursed for what they charged me illegally and unfairly and thank god that I didn't let it go and pursued it through legal channels to get what I was entitled to! Went with a friend to drop off his stuff in the locker he is renting. Nice secure building, and friendly helpful staff.
