Ron Couper is the worst contractor I have ever worked with. I was a contractor for over 20 years and never would have treated a client the way Ron has treated us. After 3 months the job is still not complete. Ron is full of empty promises with no action. Ron did not complete the install as quoted and did not repair the damage caused. If you are thinking of using Ron Couper I would suggest using someone else this guy is a joke.
I can't say enough about Ron and his team! We have had Ron install security cameras at our home and 2 locations for our business. Ron has always been very prompt and professional with all of our requests over the years. All systems still working great after 7 years and we have actually added onto our systems as well. Give them a call you wont be dissapointed!

Horrible Customer service! Our monitoring company said to deal and contact Capital Security about the work we needed done on our alarm system after we switched over from copper to Bell pure Fibre and home phone service. I called this company 3 days multiple times and left many messages and no one got back to us. You know that salesperson that is polished before they take your business and then disappears after? That’s exactly our experience with this company. They took our money in full with a promise to come bcak to install a couple of more sensors that were missing (back-ordered). In full confidence, we let them do that. They never came back nor returned my emails for one year. We will cancel their contract and find someone else with a higher standard.
