Tries to push delivery fees and a "prep" fee on a brand new rv, which is nothing more than going through the rv and saying, "Yep, it's good to go." I'll spend my money somewhere else. Put your fees upfront! Got on the phone and bought one from Camper World one my way home from Capital RV
I lived 3 hours away and Jen sent me pics of everything I asked for video called me so I could see the camper answered all my questions and made buying my camper a fantastic experience!! Definitely worth the drive up there
We recently purchased our third camper from Capital RV. The staff was helpful, pleasant, and made us feel welcome and comfortable the minute we stepped into the showroom. They worked to get us the best deal on our new travel trailer and were eager to do what they could to make us satisfied customers. Shout outs to Fred, Zach, Michelle, Brian, and the ladies in the Service Department for all your help!
Jen is very knowledgeable when it comes to campers and towing vehicles. She was fun to work with on this deal.
