The service dept was so helpful. I just bought a camper and they had Dave from their dept teach me how to install my equalizer hitch. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I’m in good hands with these guys thank you!!
Wade, Tyler and the team at Capital RV helped me fix my A/C and get back on the road on a Saturday when no techs were available to work on it for me. They loaned me a ladder and tools and helped me pull off a miracle fix so I could finish 2000 more miles of road trip ahead of me. I would definitely recommend Capital RV to anyone needing parts or service or shopping for an RV.
I own a 2024 Grand Reflection. Had problems with the tail lights, leaks and bad battery. Outrageous cost!!
