We found a problem with the motorhome water system while driving Highway 94. I just called the nearby capital rv for help and visited. The technicians helped me quickly and the problem was solved right away. Thank you very much for your help.

Went into parts department looking for a couple things at 12:15pm I know it’s lunch time, however, they had one person who didn’t even bother getting out of her chair. Lee Ann was the name above where she sat. Hard to sell parts when you don’t greet or ask customers what they’re looking for. Very disappointing
I dropped off the camper for a routine service and some upgrades. During the service a pressure check of the water system was preformed and the freshwater tank was over filled causing the floor of the camper to bulge 4 to 5 inches. Now I have internal floor damage to a camper that was in great shape. There was so much pressure in the freshwater tank that when i opened the drain valve it was like a pressure washer for a few minutes. 5* and more We called them this morning because we had a problem with our motorhome's toilet. They asked us to stop by, took a look, and an hour later we were back on the road with a brand-new toilet. What service! The speed and the commitment to customer satisfaction were incredible. All the staff were very kind and helpful. We were just passing through Bismarck, and this is the kind of business we love to find. A huge thank you again to all the technicians who welcomed and helped us.
