Our RV shore line was damaged on a Sunday afternoon. We were at an retail supply store. The sales person was very helpful, but they did not carry the item we needed. Robin an employee of Capital RV was walking by us and heard our conversation with the sales person. She informed us of what we needed and took the time to help us locate the item at the store where she works. Robin asked Wade a co worker to meet us at Capital RV ( which was closed). My unit Sat in their repair yard for 10 days and they didn’t fix anything because they were waiting for a part that had nothing to do with why it was there in the first place I eventually went and just took my unit back and they said they would ship me the parts directly to my house that I paid for and then I decided I would install them myself, however they failed to send me the parts in time for my trip and when I would call they would send my number to voicemail one of the worst Service Center’s ever and they’re thieves W... read more
