My unit Sat in their repair yard for 10 days and they didn’t fix anything because they were waiting for a part that had nothing to do with why it was there in the first place I eventually went and just took my unit back and they said they would ship me the parts directly to my house that I paid for and then I decided I would install them myself, however they failed to send me the parts in time for my trip and when I would call they would send my number to voicemail one of the worst Service Center’s ever and they’re thieves W... read more
This is a long review but outlines my entire experience. Overall, I’d give Capital RV of Bismarck 3.5 stars. Sales: 5 Stars. Very impressed. Tyler was an excellent sales person. He worked with us while I was overseas and got us the exact RV we wanted. It was great to get it ordered from the factory as we did not need to worry about lot rot. Friendly staff, not quite what we wanted for a camper.
What a difference the Bismarck Center is from Minot. We bought our RV in Minot had problems each time out with the water draining in the sinks. Call Minot and explaining everything talked to the gal that sold us extended warranty all she told us was good luck with that! After that stopped in the Bismarck Center a few times the guys were all so helpful. Took it in and all fixed of course we had to pay the bill.
