Wade, Tyler and the team at Capital RV helped me fix my A/C and get back on the road on a Saturday when no techs were available to work on it for me. They loaned me a ladder and tools and helped me pull off a miracle fix so I could finish 2000 more miles of road trip ahead of me. I would definitely recommend Capital RV to anyone needing parts or service or shopping for an RV.
I own a 2024 Grand Reflection. Had problems with the tail lights, leaks and bad battery. Outrageous cost!!
Bought a used RV fifth wheel that was traded in to dealership. Asked for complete inspection report before purchase and sales person said everything checked out fine as were buying from out of state. When we arrived to pick up camper batteries were completely dead, brakes were non operational. After towing to location we discovered massive amount black mold. mildew and rotted floors on a 20 year age unit. This was totally unacceptable and completely misleading. Changed 5 star review - nothing is as promised. All of the reasons why you should buy local and buy from Tyler because then you have support and help at your fingertips was nothing but a blatant con. Caught misrepresentations up front that they “made right” but the lack of support started week 1. I could have gotten my camper elsewhere for $15k cheaper for the same camper, they claimed wasn’t the same, that we wouldn’t get the level of service they promised anywhere else… all just to get us to sign on the dotted line and the... read more
