Dan, despite his busy schedule in the field, always makes a genuine effort to return calls within 24 hours or sooner. The crews are professional, thorough, and leave the work area clean. Capital Roofing did our condo's new roof in Beaver Creek 2 years ago. They installed 2 Velux Solar Powered Skylights and one of the skylights has not worked since it was installed 2 years ago. Capital early on tried to fix our problem by taking a remote control and saying it was in the control programming. I have reached out to them numerous times and they don't respond to my calls and emails. My standard for a high quality company is how they solve problems with their customers. We had a hail storm come through NE Aurora and called Capital Roofing right away. I worked with Dan and his team and he was responsive and informed us of everything we needed to do to navigate through the process with insurance and the repairs. His team dealt mostly with the insurance company and was able to get everything addressed that was damaged by the hail storm. The work was completed quickly and the quality was top notch! I would highly recommend!
