They dont have a 24*7 desk so just be careful before booking coz they dont answer their phone too and then the number on the site you try to call they are rude. Never call eddie his number is on the site so if u have ur number normally expectation is u can help but the thing u do is curse and be rude.

My husband and I visited this resort last weekend. We have never stayed here before, and I’m not sure that we will again. I’m not sure who does the cleaning at this resort, but they are not doing their job well. Our bedding and towels were clean, but those were the only things that were. Our bathrooms were very dirty (disgusting actually), the floors were filthy, there was food left in the fridge/freezer, and on top of it our tvs didn’t work.
