Dear Reader, Over the last 3 weeks I rotated our family’s 2 HISUN -AXIS 500 UTV vehicles through Capital Repair Services, 6566 W. Broad St. Richmond, VA. We purchased two UTV’s from Lowes in Chesterfield, VA about 3 years ago several months apart. A little over a year ago I took mine in to “Capital” while the warranty was still in effect and received excellent service over and above that which I normally would have expected from other vendors.
