Brought my EGO push mower to them under warranty (new mower and was cutting out randomly). They quoted a week and a half turn around when Northern Tools was 3 months...dropped it off on a Friday and got a call it was ready to pick up 10 days later. They replaced the circuit board assembly and now I'm two mows in and it works great! They were very communicative and easy to work with!
Nice folks. Did not know this shop was here. Lawn mower/small engine repair and parts. Had the part I needed at very reasonable price! Will be back in the future.
The gentleman was not very helpful at all.
Brought my electric mower in 3 years ago - they fixed it right up. They tell you up front about wait time, possible expenses - so there are no surprises. As far as costs - my mower was still ynder warranty at that time. I did pay $45 for them to 'sharpen the blades.' Was very pleased with my service.
