We had water damage in our guest room from a leaking pipe. I called 3 contractors. One never returned my call. The second came out and gave an estimate but his company only did wall repairs; not the carpeting, wiring, fixtures, etc.. Capital Renovations and Construction called me promptly after my inquiry and noticed damage that needed to be fixed that the other contractor didn’t. Capital Renovation & Construction did a fantastic job on our home project! They replaced all the bathroom sinks, vanities, and toilets, built a beautiful new shower, and even had the foresight to reinforce the wall in case I ever want to add a wall seat in the future. They also updated all the lighting and flooring, and everything turned out fabulous. Carlos and his team was friendly, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with their work and highly recommend them!
